Results Are In for Round One of the Westchester Homebrewers Organization’s 4th Annual Last Brewer Standing Challenge!

This year, we’re shifting our focus to the brewing process, building on years past where we’ve explored styles, colors, countries, and ingredient-specific challenges. For round one, the challenge was all about using no hops during the boil — a bold twist that tested our brewers’ creativity and technique.

Unsurprisingly, many of our participants crafted no-boil hopped NEIPAs, embracing the trend and pushing the boundaries of traditional brewing. The results are in, and here’s how everyone fared:
